Owning a restaurant was always a dream for Morison, and his 10-year experience as a chef for P & O Cruises prepared him for it. It was where he also met his wife, Bernadette while working together on a cruise ship. Living in Star Valley for 4 years, a run for a cinnamon roll led them to find a vacant Cozy Berry restaurant unit. They took this as a sign, so Morison and Bernadette spent the first quarter of 2021 reshaping the space into a new home of international dishes in Afton, Wyoming.
Fathom Restaurant boasts the healthiest and freshest ingredients for their international menus of Indian, Filipino, Vietnamese, Mexican, Caribbean, and American classics. The influence of working on a cruise ship and meeting different types of people gave them ideas to carefully pick the best meals to serve to their patrons. Morison, as the head chef, adds his approach to making his recipes, along with different culinary customs from each place that they offer.
